1. Order Processing

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and receipt.
1.2. Processing Time
Orders are processed on the Same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Mountain Time, or on weekends or public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

We offer free shipping on all orders. No additional shipping fees will be added at checkout.

We ship from our fulfillment centers in the United States. Orders are shipped from the closest warehouse with available stock to ensure the fastest delivery.
3. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses within the United States only.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Tracking typically becomes active within 24 hours. You can track your order on the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Suppiva is responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, please email contact@suppiva.com within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the product and packaging. Retain all original packaging. We will resolve the issue at no additional cost, according to our Return and Refund Policy.
6. International Shipping
We currently only ship within the United States. Orders from other regions will not be processed.
