1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for defective and non-defective products, but only if the items are new and unopened.

Conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 180 days of the original purchase date

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • Products must not be opened, used, altered, or damaged


2. Return Method

We currently accept returns by mail only.

A return label is included inside your package:

  • No need to request a label

  • The return label is provided at no cost

  • Attach the included label to your return package and ship it back as instructed

Returns sent without the included label or without authorization may not be processed.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days


5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only in the following situation:

  • Items that arrive damaged or defective

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund, based on your preference.
